Our Housekeepers have had over 300,000, 5* ratings and we only have the best Housekeepers on the platform.
At the end of every clean, we ask your customers to let us know how everything went. This helps us to congratulate Housekeepers on their great work, as well as providing constructive feedback to improve for future cleans.
You can see your ratings and feedback from your customers on the Ratings & Pay page on your App. Here you can see your performance in the last 60 days and for all time.
Customers rate on a scale of 1-5 stars:
5* = Great!
4* = Good
3* = Disappointing
1 or 2* ratings suggest that something went wrong during the clean
Any ratings of 3-stars or less are considered 'low ratings' and a member of the Housekeep team will reach out to give you some feedback on what went wrong.
You need to maintain an average rating of 4.5* so if you do get a low rating, check your emails for customer feedback on what went wrong so you’re 5* at your next visit! .
You can also see your reliability. This is very important as customers hate late notice cancellations. Aim for a 60 day zero cancellation streak to be eligible for the Housekeep bonus and more pay!
