Customers want 5* Housekeepers who are reliable and attend their jobs. We know there may be times where you are not able to attend but we ask you give your customer at least 2 days notice.
If you cancel late you'll also lose your Housekeep bonus and your reliability will be affected. You can see in your app in Ratings and Pay if it has been affected.
If you regularly cancel cleans at late notice, you will be subject to a late cancellation fine.
The late cancellation fines are:
- £5 per job if you cancel before 18:00 the day before the clean
- £10 per job if you cancel after 18:00 the day before the clean
- £20 per job if you cancel less than 1 hour before the start time of the clean
- £20 per job if you don't show up and don't let us know you can't work.
