It’s important that Housekeep Support are aware of any changes to the spare keys that you hold. We’ve just built a new page Customers & Keys on the Housekeep app to help you manage this:
Here’s how to report updates for keys you’ve picked up.
If your job has a scheduled key pick up:

Press Finish on the job as usual

The app will ask you whether you picked up the key

Slide the bar to select Yes

Check your emails for a message from Housekeep and attach the correct code to the key

Reply to our email with a photo of the key and attached code
If your customer didn't book a key pick-up:

Press Finish on the job as usual

Go to Profile page of your app and click Customers & Keys

Find the customer and tap their name

Where it says Do you have keys for this customer? Slide the bar to select Yes

Check the app for the new code and instructions for tagging them. We will have sent you an email about this as well.
6. Reply to our email with a photo of the key and attached code
If you have a customer’s key, but you can’t see their name on Customers & Keys

Go to the menu on your app and click Help

Email or Chat to Housekeep and let us know you have this customers key

We’ll reply with the code you need to attach

Here’s how to report returning keys
If the customer has booked a key return

Press Finish on the job as usual

The app will ask you if you returned the keys

Slide the bar to say Yes
If the customer didn’t book a key return

Press Finish on the job as usual

Go to the menu and tap Profile, followed by Customers & Keys

Find your customer and tap their name

Where it says Do you have keys for this customer? slide the bar to select No
Key codes will display in different colours on the Customer & Keys page;
black = you have these keys and no action is required.
orange = you have these keys, but need to send Housekeep a photo of the tagged keys.
There may also be times where you need to pick up or return a key via the office.
On your app you will see a job in your App for a customer called Housekeep Key Transfer. If you see this you’ll have to come to the office to collect or return keys; you will be paid for your time coming in. Please bring all keys in with you when you come by.
