If you need to contact Housekeep support at any time you can do this through the Housekeep App.
Simply head to the Menu (≡) and click on Help. Here you can information from the Help centre or you can contact Housekeep support.
There are a few options for contacting Housekeep support. You can:
Email Housekeep
This should be used for non-urgent requests such as requests to change your working hours or areas. Housekeep will respond to these requests within 24 hours.
Chat to Housekeep
During office hours you can chat to Housekeep support about anything you need help with. If it's non-urgent, they may log the request and email you back later with confirmation it has been processed. For all urgent matters, Housekeep support will help right away!
Request a call back
Requesting a call should only be used for urgent matters on the day of a clean. An example of an emergency might be a customer's alarm going off, or a burst water pipe. It is normally a good idea to try to contact your customer first though, either by phone or chat, as they are usually better equipped to help. Housekeep support responds to all call requests within 15 minutes.
Send a message about a future job
If you are contacting Housekeep about a job in the future, you can do this by going onto your schedule, finding the job and clicking the Help button in the bottom right. You can then select your reason for contacting and attach a message. This is the best way to contact Housekeep support about a future job as the team will immediately know which job you need help with.
When to contact your customer
You should try to contact your customer, before contacting Housekeep, to let them know about lateness, being lost or being stuck outside. This is because they can help quicker than Housekeep support and you'll be able to get a message to them right away. You can also contact your customer if you are struggling with instructions or problems with equipment during the clean. If you can't reach your customer, then you can contact Housekeep support who will advise accordingly.
