If you’re on your way to a job and running late, get lost or stuck outside you must always contact your customer first. They will be able to help you straight away!
Open the job on your App, press the orange HELP button in the bottom left and choose Call Customer.
You can also send them a message by tapping on the Chat icon on the top right of your screen.
If you have tried to contact the customer but have not got through by phone or chat press HELP again and choose Contact Housekeep. Let us know what the problem is and we'll be in touch to help you out right away.
