You’re able to call your Housekeeper on the day of your scheduled clean by choosing the Contact button on the left-hand side of your member account. Alternatively, you can follow this link here.
From here, simply hit Call your Housekeeper and you’ll be provided with a temporary number to call your Housekeeper on.
After 09:00 on the day, you can call your Housekeeper any time until an hour after they finish the clean. If your clean starts before 09:00, then you can call once it gets to 30 minutes before the arrival time.
Once you’ve generated a number to call your Housekeeper on, this will be live for 1 hour. If you need to call after this time, simply head back to the same page and get a new number.
In order to use this feature, you will need to be calling from a UK phone number linked to the Housekeep account. You can check the numbers linked to your Housekeep account via the My details page.
We’ve built this feature to help customers provide any last-minute instructions to their Housekeeper, or to reach out for an ETA. If you’re looking to reschedule or cancel your clean, this needs to be done via the Future cleans page of your online account.
