Your customers are now able to call you via a disguised number on the day of a clean - in exactly the same way that you can call them!
Calls from your customer will come from a disguised number and will begin with "0118". If you notice a call from your customer, it’s really important that you answer the call, as they may be trying to pass on an urgent message to you. If you miss the call that’s no problem - just call the number back and you’ll be connected to your customer.
Your customers may be calling you to pass on cleaning instructions or to check on your arrival time. Neither you nor the customer should be using the call function to reschedule cleans on-the-day. If your customers ask you to reschedule the clean, please let them know that they are able to contact the Housekeep support team for assistance.
If your customer has agreed to add extra time for the cleaning or made any other changes, please do let the office know so we can process these. If you’re ever unsure about a message your Customer has passed onto you by phone, just let the Housekeep office know by going to the Help page of your app.
Much like when you call your customers - we've set up some rules about when your customers can call you, so you'll only be contacted by your customers when it's really necessary. Your customers will only be able to ring you on the day of the clean and for one hour after the clean is supposed to finish.
