You can call or chat to your Housekeeper directly through your Housekeep account or app. Here's how:
How to call your Housekeeper
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Chat in the menu
- Click Call [Housekeeper's name] in the Contact your Housekeeper box
- Type the number that is displayed into your phone & call. You must use the phone number that's registered to your Housekeep account
How to chat with your Housekeeper
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Chat in the menu
- Click Chat to [Housekeeper's name] in the Contact your Housekeeper box
- This will open a live chat with your Housekeeper
When can I contact my Housekeeper?
If you've already had a clean with your Housekeeper you can chat to them any time during or between cleans. If you've not had a clean with them yet, you can chat from the day before.
What should I contact my Housekeeper about directly?
You should call or chat with your Housekeeper to discuss their arrival or to pass on cleaning instructions.
To ensure you are billed correctly, changes to date, time or hours of cleaning should be communicated to Housekeep directly through the Help page of your Housekeep account or app (in the More section of the menu).
