If you need to pass on some cleaning instructions to your Housekeeper ahead of their next clean, you're able to do this via the Cleaning instructions page of your online account.
If you simply need to change your Housekeeper's arrival time, or skip a clean, this can be done via the Future cleans page of your online account.
If you need to contact your Housekeeper on the day of a clean, you're able to call through a disguised number. Simply select Contact on the lefthand side of your member account. From here, click Call your Housekeeper to generate a number to call. Alternatively, you can reach the page here.
