We’re sorry that your clean didn’t go as planned. Our support team is here to help and will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
If an area was missed during your clean we’ll arrange a free re-clean of that area as long as you contact us within 72 hours of the clean finishing. To request help, please leave a rating and include details and photos of the missed areas.
You can do this through the email we send you after the clean, or through your online account or app. Here's how:
- Log into your online account or app
- Click More in the menu
- Click My account
- Click Past jobs
- Next to your most recent clean click Rate
- Leave a rating, including any photos & details of the missed areas
It’s best to reach out as soon as possible, within the 72-hour window since we can’t guarantee the property’s condition after a few days. Please note, our guarantee covers a free re-clean of unsatisfactory areas, not a refund.
