If the job cannot be completed within the estimated time, but can be completed on the same day, your tradesperson will discuss this with you and if approved by yourself, the work will continue.
You'll be charged for any additional time in 30 minute increments, plus the cost of any materials used for the work. Please see the job booking email for full pricing details.
If the tradesperson needs to return at a later date, we'll send you an updated quote to approve. Our support team will book a date suits you for the work to be completed.
