You may cancel or reschedule a Booking up to 12:00 two days before the Booking for free by contacting us. Simply let us know the changes you'd like to make - we can help with rescheduling or adding extra tasks.
If you need to reschedule after 12:00, two days before there is a small admin fee to cover that change.
For cancellations after 12:00, two days before, or if your cleaning team arrives for the job and is unable to gain entry or start the job, you will be charged the full price of the Booking.
