Under government guidelines, anyone who tests positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) must share information with NHS Test and Trace.
If you test positive for coronavirus, NHS Test and Trace will contact you via text, email alert or by phone. They'll provide instructions on how to share the details of the people you've had close, recent contact with, as well as places you have visited. This may include a visit from your Housekeeper.
Once you've passed on this information, Test and Trace will assess who is at high risk, and contact those individuals directly.
To support the Test and Trace initiative, and allow you to pass on your Housekeeper's information, we have made your Housekeeper's Housekeep ID number visible in your online account. You can find this information via your online account, on the Past cleans & My Housekeepers page.
If you do need to include your Housekeeper's visit as part of Test and Trace tracking, please do include their name and Housekeep ID number in the Test and Trace app. That way we can identify your Housekeeper swiftly & forward them the Track and Trace email to complete.
When you enter the Housekeeper's details into the NHS form you can add the number as part of their name (eg Maria 123456).
