We are constantly reviewing the feedback and ratings of our Housekeepers to ensure that only the best are paired to our customers but, on rare occasions, the fit isn’t quite right and so we offer the Housekeep Promise.
This means that if you are not completely satisfied with an area of a clean, we will organise for that area to be recleaned free of charge on your next visit.
To take advantage of the Housekeep promise, we do ask for complaints to be raised within 72 hours and you may be asked to provide pictures.
