Rating your job in your Housekeep App, once it is complete, is the best way to let us know of any issues or problems that took place (for example, if the customer's vacuum cleaner is not working). This way we can get a better idea of what happened and let the customer know so that they can fix the problem for future cleans.
When you press finish, you will see 3 little faces - if there was an issue at the clean that stopped you from doing the best job possible (like the customer didn't have any cleaning products, or didn't book enough time) then make sure you select 'Okay' or 'Bad' so you can let us know what the problem was:
If you select Okay or Bad then you will be asked what the issue was, and then for a little bit more information. You can also choose to block the customer if you would prefer not to clean for them again:
