If you had any issues at a job that you need to let Housekeep know about then make sure to rate the job. It's very easy, here's how you do it:
When you press finish, you will see 3 little faces. If there was any kind of issue at the clean that stopped you from doing the best job possible (eg. the customer didn't have any cleaning products or didn't book enough time) then make sure you select 'Okay' or 'Bad' (depending of the severity of the issue) so you can let Housekeep know what the problem was:
If you select Okay or Bad then you will be asked what the issue was, and then for a little bit more information. You can also choose to block the customer if you would prefer not to clean for them again:
Make sure you always write as much information as possible so that Housekeep knows what the problem is and can help:
Housekeep will then get in touch with the customer for you if there is anything they need to know for next time.
