You can work very flexibly on the Housekeep platform, including choosing where, when and how you work. One element of this flexibility is the freedom to appoint a substitute, which is often used by housekeepers when they're unavailable, for example, during their own holidays or during school holidays, or if they already work alongside a family member or friend.
When you appoint a substitute, it's your responsibility to ensure they meet the minimum requirements your customers will expect. It's up to you to manage any communication with your customers, but we'd recommend you let them know in advance. You can do this easily via the Chat function in your App.
