Customers book directly with you through their accounts. We provide them with information so that they can book enough time to complete a clean. However, occasionally, they may not book enough time to complete everything that is required.
If this happens, talk to your customer and ask them if they would like you to stay any longer. If they are not home you can call or chat with them via your app (How do I contact my Customer?)
Remember we cannot charge your customer for any more time unless they have agreed to this, so always make sure you have spoken to them first. Once you have their agreement you can let us know and we will add the time on to the clean.
Here's how to let us know if your customer has agreed more time:
- Open the job that you're cleaning at
- Tap Help
- Tap I need more or less time
- Select 'More time'
- Let us know how much extra time you need
- Enter a message letting us know why you need extra time
- Tap Submit
If you are unable to get through to your customer then please only stay for the time that you were booked. Do what you can in the time then let us know what you could not finish by rating the job afterwards and leaving comments.
