We take your trust very seriously. As part of that, every Housekeeper goes through an 8-step vetting process, which includes an interview, as well as background checks carried out by Experian.
If you're unable to find something after your clean, please let us know what's missing, with as much information as possible, and we'll contact your Housekeeper to see if it may have been accidentally moved during your clean.
If you believe that something has been taken from your home, please let us know and we will open a theft case from our side. We will ask the Housekeeper directly about this allegation and in all events will remove them from the platform. This means all customers' spare keys will be collected into our office, their cleaning app will no longer be accessible and we will no longer assign any customers to the Housekeeper through our platform.
While we can ask initial questions to your Housekeeper, we do not have the authority to carry out a full theft investigation, or to ascertain guilt. We would also strongly urge you to report this to the police, who can begin a full investigation. We will assist the police in any way we can and, upon receipt of a data request form, can provide the police with your Housekeeper's name, address and phone number.
