You can instantly book a substitute in the Housekeep account or app. Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click Book new
- Click Book a new clean
- Select your preferred frequency, tasks and hours
- Choose between past Housekeepers or other Housekeepers
- You'll see the live, real-time availability of your selected Housekeeper
- Select a date and time slot to suit you
- Hit Complete booking
