You can cancel, skip or reschedule any clean in your Housekeep account or app until 18:00 the day before. Here's how:
- Log in to your Housekeep account or app
- Click on Schedule. If you have multiple cleaning schedules booked in, select the relevant one(s).
- If you have a regular clean
- Click Individual jobs at the top of the page
- Click Edit clean on the clean(s) you want to skip
- Click Skip clean at the bottom of the page
- If you have a one-off clean
- Click Edit clean next to the one-off clean you'd like to skip
- Click Skip clean at the bottom of the page
You'll see instant confirmation of the changes in your Housekeep account or app & your Housekeeper will be updated immediately.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a clean after 18:00 the day before, or if your Housekeeper arrives and is unable to gain entry or start the clean, you will be charged the full price of the clean.
